Privacy

Luma Frets runs on your computer. Your tabs, audio files, songs and settings stay there. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking.

What the app sends

• Update checks. Now and then the app asks our server whether there's a new version. Our server sees your IP address, as any website does.
• Pro. When you activate a licence, the app sends the key and your computer's name (so you can tell your activations apart) to our server, which checks it with Creem. The app checks the licence again about once a week. Pro's downloads come from our server too.
• YouTube. Playing along with a YouTube video loads YouTube's player, which is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Song parts are separated on your computer. Your music is never uploaded.

Payments

Pro is sold by Creem, the merchant of record, which handles payment and receipts under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and what you bought, so we can help with your licence.
